Summer was quiet. Didn't say much and kept to herself. Suddenly on April 27th of 2010, when summer was least expecting it...rainy season overcame her and forced her in to hibernation for another 8 months.

Today I spent the vast majority of my day screwing around with the blog on this site.  

I was never really satisfied with the previous blog code I was using so I thought I might as well stick with ol' faithful and went with the same one I use on SellingCR - Costa Rica News.

The staff of Uvita.net would like to alert the public of a woman currently seeking a house sitting job throughout the areas around Ojochal, Uvita and Dominical.

The woman is currently facing charges of mortgage fraud and other felony fraud charges and is currently restricted from leaving the country until her trial. We were recently alerted of her intentions and thought it would be wise to notify the public.

Considering a move to this beautiful area of Costa Rica but are unsure how to 'sustain' a lifestyle here? Well this might be right up your alley then.

This brand spanking new hotel and restaurant in Uvita is priced to move. Clearly priced far below it's value, one could seize the opportunity to jump right in and start living the 'pura vida' lifestyle that so many dream of. All for less than you would expect.

I think it's only right that over the next weekend, I take a little trip in to Uvita for some up to date photos and video of the Uvita core and possibly even the Uvita feria.

So far it appears that the launch of Uvita.net went off without a hitch and the praise and appreciation for what we've put together has been absolutely nothing short of amazing. I thank you all for your kind comments and let's see what the future holds for Uvita.net.
