With high season closing out rather quickly this year, we all settle in to the off-season aka rainy season aka green season.

Most locals will tell you the preferred season for them is the green season as this is when all the jungle flowers come out and the terrain goes from brown to a vibrant green.

As we settle down here in the Southern Zone, we're seeing an increase in the web-o-sphere with respect to Uvita. Early indications are telling us that people are searching the WWW for information on things like "what to do in Uvita" and "where to stay in Uvita". Of course many are also simply searching for Uvita but this is normal.
